Regalia Image Wear: Bringing Out Your

Inner Winner!

About us

When I drive down the street and see a homeless person, or a grown man holding a sign for a living, or a single or divorced mother working two jobs to make ends meet, I ask why?  With all the effort and funds directed at helping people in these conditions, why in America do we still have such growing problems?  Why do we continue to experience such increasing crime in our communities?  Why are our schools underperforming in regard to GAP student standardized tests and yet still profess to be excellent schools?   We are passionate about changing these trends.   We are passionate about opening up opportunity to more and more people.

Every cause has an effect and every effect has a cause.  We at Regalia envision seeing an America where the citizens are able to provide well for themselves and their families and are kind to one another.

Our first endeavor along this goal is to invigorate our primary and secondary schools and daycares where our GAP students attend.  Primarily, many of the students today in school are just bored.   While they are pupils they are not students.  A student is someone who studies and takes and interest in a particular subject. The second big issue is that they are not trained in mastery of the fundamentals in education at an early age.  For example, when you know your multiplication facts and other math facts at an early age, the pupil is free to focus on the super simple steps in division, fractions and other equations.  When the student does not have instant recall of their facts, they get frustrated trying to solve problems correctly and learning how to do the steps.  They carry this struggle with them throughout their math education years.  Knowing your math facts at an early age builds confidence in math and a healthy sense of pride.  Few schools take responsibility for training pupils and ensuring that they are competent in this essential fundamental skill.  Again, why?

Napoleon Hill believed that “You do not have the right to ask anyone to do anything without giving them adequate motivation”.  This is at the core of all human behavior.  We ask pupils to do this everyday and everyday pupils tell us “no, thank you”.  They are not interested in doing their homework or paying attention in class.   And consistently schools still expect them to understand that they should study so they can receive a big benefit -after about 12 more years!    Most young students are just not in a position to relate to this fact.  They need something that they can relate to that will motivate them to do their work now!

At Regalia, we understand this fact well.  We have created some products and systems to motivate primary school aged pupils to want to do their homework and to strive for excellence.   If your pupils are not talking about what is going on in school then schools have room to improve.  Pupils should look forward to going to school everyday and want to step up their performance.  The entire school system is synthetic and so it calls for synthetic motivation to match up to whatever is being asked of the pupil.   We call our approach the Smard principle.   The Smard principle is simply working smarter harder!  This means being strategic in our approach with students and working within their natural desires for their age group.  We work to make them want to be engaged in their schools and to take ownership for their own performance with an eye on success.

We aim to turn pupils into students.  By strategically adopting our systems and products you can turn your pupils into students and reverse the trend.  Join us and be a part of this exciting worthwhile revolution.   We are all in this together.  No one can do it alone.

The object of education is to prepare the young to educate themselves throughout their lives.
